Roll and Restore Workshop
I am excited to announce that I will be holding my first Roll and Restore Workshop this Friday 15th March.
This practical 2 hour workshop will relieve muscular tension, tight fascia and increase connection to your breath and body all while helping to reduce injury. Think of a 2 hour massage….only you do have to do some work:).
I will take you through various techniques using the Roll Method Therapy Balls, seen in the picture above.
These unique Therapy Balls are both pliable and grippy so they are able to penetrate and grab different layers of fascia – allowing you to bring hydration and mobility back into your tissue.
We will have time to work into all of your tight spots helping you to move freely again.
Fascia release has a calming effect on the central nervous system which will leave you feeling calm and centred and ready for action for the weekend ahead.
This workshop is a perfect accompaniment to any form of fitness training – yoga, running, weight-lifting, surfing etc. If you want to get to know your body a little better, and eliminate some of the many “body blind spots” that we all have, these workshops are for you. No yoga experience is necessary.
Therapy Balls will by suppled for use during the workshop and available for sale.
