With 15 years experience teaching Pilates and Yoga along with 8 years in the Massage Industry, Daphne will make sure the Solas team take care of you.

We cater for single, couple or group classes and / or massages and we only use the high quality Solas Essentials Natural Products.

Treat yourself or a loved one to a relaxing massage or mindful movement session in the comfort of your accommodation and really feel that down south experience. You will be well looked after and your body and mind will thank you for it.

We currently service several luxury retreats in the Dunsborough/ Yallingup region.
