When we become aware and take a moment, our mind and nervous system benefits. Im taking a moment to look back tonight as I have a solo night in the city…. My passions have always been health and wellness 💫

- A degree in Physical Education and Sports Science because I love the feeling sport gives me and my love of movement.
-PGCE in teaching to bring my love of movement into schools
- Pilates Instructor (to teach in high schools in 2002! No one knew what Pilates was!!
-Yin Yoga Instructor for the same reasons- the amazing benefits it bring.
-A masseuse and Reiki for release through trigger points and energy healing.
-Essential Oils and natural products to prevent putting shop bought products on my kids and massage clients which linked into Solas today.
-NLP- because of my increasing love to understand how our brains work, how to break habits and how to help ourselves
-working with children as a Teacher and seeing how important movement, mental health and understanding is for learning to happen.
-now counselling with an open mind.
Everything is connected- mindset, movement, emotions….
Eventually I’ll connect the dots:)……….
