As a teacher, mother and business owner, I needed to consciously bring some mindful moments into my day. Solas came from the need to cater for my own sensitive skin. Led by my passion for all things natural, I slowly began to make products to use on myself, my family and in my massage and movement business.

Solas Natural Products reduce the unnecessary absorption of nasty synthetics and chemicals into your skin which are too often used in everyday skincare and sprays. The use of the essential oils bring a therapeutic property to each product along with providing you an opportunity to notice you.

Solas Natural Products are a labour of love and many essential oil combinations have been tested on family and friends. It has evolved from the simple massage oils with paper labels to now, and it continues to evolve.

What I love is that every Solas product has it’s own specific purpose and intention, brought to you through the blend of the Essential oils and the intention while being made.

I have always worked with people and the body in one way or another. I have a passion for movement and the connection between mind and body. Wether thats building strength, releasing tension, moving energy and how the mind works with it. Becoming a mother reduced the amount of movement in my life initially, followed by a challenge to my mind. Creating products gave me a focus and brought some mindful moments for me into my days and weeks at home as a new mum.

I now have two beautiful copper tops (red heads:-)) who are 2 and 4 and I am excited to be returning to teaching movement with the added bonus of my Solas Natural Products.
